CREATIVE EVENT CONCEPT & DIGITAL MOCK-UP

Our Creative Event Concept & Digital Mock-Up service is designed for clients who are planning a DIY event setup but would like professional creative guidance before purchasing, hiring or setting up their décor.

Following a phone consultation, we will use photographs of your space, approximate measurements, inspiration images, preferred colours, event details and budget to develop up to three suitable concept options for one nominated event space.

This service can help you understand what may work within the space, how different styling elements could be positioned and which option may be best suited to your budget and overall vision.

• Up to three concept options for the nominated space

• Recommendations for suitable Piece Of Cake Events hire products or services, where relevant

PER-SPACE SERVICE

The listed price covers one nominated space or setup area only.

Examples include one backdrop area, one dessert-table area, one entrance, one ceremony area or one dining space.

If you would like concepts prepared for multiple areas, each additional space must be booked separately. Separate areas cannot be combined into one booking unless agreed to in writing by Piece Of Cake Events.

BEFORE YOUR CONSULTATION

You will be asked to provide:

• Clear photographs of the nominated space
• Approximate width and height measurements
• Your event date and location
• Your expected guest numbers
• Your preferred colours or theme
• Inspiration images
• Details of any items you already own or have already booked
• Your realistic budget for the proposed setup

The quality and accuracy of the mock-up will depend on the photographs, measurements and information supplied by the client.

FINAL BRIEF AND CHANGES

All ideas, preferences, measurements, budget limitations and required elements must be discussed during the initial consultation.

Once the consultation has concluded and the creative work has commenced, the client’s brief will be considered final. Changes of mind, new themes, different colour palettes, replacement inspiration images, new measurements or changes to the nominated space are not included.

If the brief changes after the consultation, additional creative work may require a new booking or an additional design fee.

This protects the time required to develop each concept and ensures the service remains focused on the information originally supplied.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Digital mock-ups are creative visual guides only. They are intended to communicate the proposed look, layout and styling direction and may not be drawn precisely to scale.

Colours, proportions, placement and product appearance may vary from the final physical setup. The client remains responsible for checking venue access, dimensions, installation requirements, safety, permissions and suitability before purchasing, hiring or installing any items.

Product recommendations, hire availability and estimated costs are subject to confirmation at the time of booking. A digital mock-up does not reserve any Piece Of Cake Events products, services or event dates.

DIY SETUP

This service does not include delivery, installation, styling, pack-down, collection, venue coordination, supplier booking, product purchasing or physical event setup unless separately quoted and booked.

Clients may use the concept to complete their own setup, book suitable Piece Of Cake Events products or engage another supplier to complete the installation.

CREATIVE OWNERSHIP AND CREDIT

All concepts, mock-ups and creative directions produced by Piece Of Cake Events remain the intellectual property of Piece Of Cake Events.

The client may use the completed concept for their nominated event. It may not be copied, resold, altered for commercial use or presented as the original work of another business.

If another stylist, supplier or vendor uses or recreates the Piece Of Cake Events concept, Piece Of Cake Events must be acknowledged in published photographs, videos and social-media content with the credit:

“Creative concept and digital mock-up by Piece Of Cake Events.”

The completed mock-up is for the client’s personal event use only and does not transfer ownership of the original design.
