Once the last guests have left, our professional cleaning crew can step in to clear, clean and help return your event space to a clean and presentable condition, without you, your family or your team being left with the job at the end of the night.

Whether you're celebrating at home, in a private function room or at a hired venue, we'll arrange the appropriate cleaning service according to the size of your event, guest numbers, venue and cleaning requirements.

Professional Cleaners, Equipment & Products Included

Your cleaning crew arrives with their own standard professional cleaning equipment and cleaning products required to complete the agreed service.

Depending on your booking and venue requirements, this may include appropriate:

• Vacuuming equipment

• Mops, buckets and floor-cleaning equipment

• Surface-cleaning products

• Cleaning cloths and supplies

• Disinfectants and bathroom-cleaning products

• Bin liners and general waste-handling supplies

• Other standard cleaning equipment required for the agreed service

If your venue requires specific cleaning products, equipment or cleaning methods, please let us know when booking. Specialist equipment or services may incur an additional charge.

Celebrating at a Venue?

Venue handover requirements can be one of the least glamorous parts of hosting an event.

Our Event Clean-Up Crew can work to the cleaning and handover requirements provided by your venue, helping ensure the space is left clean and presentable and reducing the risk of cleaning-related issues or deductions from your venue bond.

If your venue provides a cleaning checklist or specific handover requirements, please provide these to us before your event so they can be considered when arranging your service.

Please note: While our cleaning professionals can work to the venue requirements supplied to us, Piece Of Cake Events cannot guarantee the return of a venue bond. Bond decisions and other venue conditions remain at the discretion of the venue.

Pricing

Event Clean-Up Crew services are individually priced according to the requirements of your event.

The final price may be affected by:

• Venue size and layout

• Number of guests

• Number and type of areas requiring cleaning

• Expected condition of the venue following the event

• Number of professional cleaners required

• Length of cleaning time required

• Bathroom and food-service areas

• Waste and rubbish requirements

• Venue access, parking and loading conditions

• Required completion or venue handover time

• Travel

• After-hours requirements

• Sunday services

• NSW Public Holiday services

• Specialist equipment or cleaning requirements

• Any additional services requested

Your Initial Booking & Final Price

The amount paid at checkout secures your base Event Clean-Up Crew booking and is not necessarily the final service total.

Once your booking is received, we'll review your event information, venue, guest numbers and cleaning requirements to determine the appropriate crew and service requirements.

If additional labour, cleaning time, travel, specialist equipment, after-hours work or other services are required, any additional costs will be confirmed with you and invoiced separately.

This allows us to price the service appropriately for your actual event rather than applying the same cleaning fee to everything from a small private celebration to a large corporate function.

Specialist Cleaning & Exclusions

Our standard Event Clean-Up Crew service is designed for professional general post-event cleaning.

Unless specifically arranged and quoted, the standard service does not include:

• Carpet extraction or specialist carpet cleaning

• Specialist stain removal

• Hazardous or biological waste removal

• Specialist floor restoration or treatment

• High-level cleaning

• Building or construction cleaning

• Damage repair

• Excessive or unusual waste removal

• Services requiring specialist machinery, equipment or licensing
