Collect your balloon order or hire items from our Breakfast Point pickup location. Collection is by appointment only to ensure your order is ready when you arrive.
📍 Venue Walk-Through
Planning a larger event? Meet us at your venue to discuss styling ideas, logistics, access requirements and the perfect layout for your celebration.
🏡 In-Home Consultation
We’ll come to you to discuss your event, colour palette, styling concepts and recommendations in the comfort of your home.
💻 Zoom Consultation
Ideal for busy clients or those located outside our service area. We’ll discuss your event, answer your questions and create a styling plan together.
🎈 Hire Collection & Returns
Collect and return DIY hire items, helium tanks and selected décor by appointment.

- Some consultations are complimentary when you book an event package with us.
- Stand-alone consultations and site visits may incur a consultation fee, which will be advised at the time of booking.
- Appointment availability is subject to confirmation.
