Booking & Payment

A 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your event date and commence planning services.

The remaining balance will be invoiced in accordance with your service agreement and must be paid prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional Services

Venue hire, catering, entertainment, styling items, florals, photography, videography, transport, accommodation, supplier fees and other third-party costs are not included unless specifically stated in your package or proposal.

Additional planning hours, supplier sourcing, styling, event coordination hours and other services can be added and quoted separately where required.
