Balloon Stand Base Weight Plate Hire – 2.5 kg & 5 kg

Add extra stability to your balloon display with our Balloon Stand Base Weight Plate Hire.

Designed to slide neatly over the base pole, these solid weight plates are compatible with our telescopic balloon stands and three-piece screw-fit balloon stands. Once fitted, the plate sits flat and securely on the stand’s base to help reduce movement and the risk of tipping.

These plates are a clean, convenient alternative to water-filled weights, which may leak or spill during transport or use.

Weight options:

• 2.5 kg weight plate – recommended for indoor balloon displays
• 5 kg weight plate – recommended for additional stability and suitable outdoor setups

The weight plate will usually be concealed when larger balloons are arranged around the base. It may also be disguised with suitable props, fabric, satin or other styling elements.

If you would like 5-inch balloons positioned around the base, please let us know before collection. For an additional fee, Piece Of Cake Events can prepare a balloon-covered base using your selected balloon colour.

Please note: Weight plates provide additional stability but do not guarantee that a balloon display will remain secure in strong winds, severe weather or unsuitable conditions. Additional ballast may be required depending on the stand, balloon arrangement, ground surface and weather.
