This premium service combines live entertainment with a meaningful takeaway, creating a memorable experience for guests of all ages. WHAT’S INCLUDED • Live guest portrait illustrations created during your event • Approx. 10 guests illustrated per hour in signature style • Custom A5 premium paper personalised with your event details • Protective sleeves for each illustration • One complimentary feature or couple portrait • Complimentary after-event portraits for up to 10 guests • Early arrival for setup HOW IT WORKS Guests are illustrated live during your event on a first-in, first-served basis unless otherwise arranged. For larger guest numbers, a simplified illustration style may be used to increase speed and allow more guests to be captured. For example, at an event with 50 guests: • A single illustrator may not complete all guests within standard hours • Additional time, after-party portraits or an additional illustrator can be added to increase coverage ILLUSTRATED PARTY FAVOURS (OPTIONAL ADD-ON) Upgrade your event with illustrated party favours, where each guest receives a personalised illustration presented with your favour box or bag as a keepsake. Each illustration is created on A5 premium paper and designed to be distributed to guests as they leave, creating a premium and thoughtful exit experience. Available in set quantities from 20 to 100 guests.
