At Piece Of Cake Events, we offer more than standard soft serve hire. From machine-only packages to beautifully styled dessert stations, professional setup, dedicated attendants and post-event cleaning, we’ve thought of the little details so you don’t have to.

Flexible Hire & Packages

Choose from machine-only hire, soft serve packages for 50–300 serves, or a fully styled tabletop dessert station.

Flexible hire options are available for single-day celebrations, weekends and multi-day events.

How Many Serves Do I Need?

Our up to 50 serves package includes one bag of soft serve mix. Serve quantities are estimates based on small portions—they are not based on large cups or full-size cones filled to the top.

The number of serves you receive will depend on portion size, how guests use the machine and the amount of mix remaining in the machine after use.

For events with 30 guests or more, we strongly recommend selecting the 100-serve package. This allows extra mix in case guests fill their cups or cones generously or come back for a second or third serving—as often happens at children’s parties!

Choosing more mix helps you avoid running short during your celebration. Please note that unused consumables are yours to keep and are not refundable for change of mind or over-ordering, subject to Australian Consumer Law.

Make It Your Own

Customise your booking with optional extras including trestle tables, floor-length linen, machine preparation, professional attendants and post-event cleaning.

Our attendants can serve your guests and assist with payments at school fêtes and fundraisers using your supplied payment terminal.

You choose the experience. We’ll take care of the details.

A sturdy, level table and suitable power supply are required. The machine must be plugged directly into a power point, with ventilation openings unobstructed.

Pickup, Delivery & Collection

Pickup is available by appointment from 15 Bishop Street, Breakfast Point NSW. Delivery and collection services can also be arranged.

Important: The machine cannot be transported by Uber, rideshare or third-party courier. All collection and return arrangements must be agreed in advance. Last-minute changes are subject to availability and additional charges.

Important Booking Information

A responsible adult aged 18+ must supervise the machine throughout the hire period.

Consumables are yours to keep and are non-refundable for change of mind or over-ordering, subject to Australian Consumer Law.

All reusable equipment and accessories must be returned. Your security bond covers the complete hire package, not just the machine.

Cleaning is required before return, unless our optional post-event cleaning service has been booked. A $50 cleaning fee applies if the agreed cleaning requirements are not completed, subject to applicable law.
