Selected Pick Up & Return – Breakfast Point for your Helium Tank Hire? Use this booking to reserve your appointment times to collect and return your helium tank from our Breakfast Point location.

Helium tanks are supplied by appointment only so our team can have your cylinder prepared and ready for collection and ensure someone is available when you return it.

We recommend booking both your Pick Up and Return appointments as soon as your Helium Tank Hire order is confirmed. Appointment times are limited and available on a first booked, first secured basis, so preferred times cannot be guaranteed.

PICK UP OR RETURN

When booking, select the appointment you require:

Helium Tank Pick Up
For collecting your helium tank at the beginning of your hire period.

Helium Tank Return
For returning your helium tank at the end of your agreed hire period.

You will need to book one Pick Up appointment and one Return appointment for each Helium Tank Hire booking.

FLEXIBLE APPOINTMENT TIMES

Helium Tank Pick Up and Return appointments are available from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM, subject to availability.

Our service periods are:

Early Service | 5:00 AM–8:30 AM

Standard Service | 9:30 AM–6:00 PM

Evening Service | 6:00 PM–9:00 PM

There is no standard appointment availability between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM.

Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

If you require an appointment within 48 hours, please call or text 0424 444 470 before attending so we can confirm whether your requested time can be accommodated.

Any applicable early, evening, Sunday or NSW Public Holiday surcharge will be displayed where applicable.

HOW IT WORKS

1. BOOK YOUR HELIUM TANK

Choose your required helium tank and complete your Helium Tank Hire order first.

This appointment booking does not hire or reserve a helium tank by itself.

2. BOOK YOUR PICK UP

Select Helium Tank Pick Up and choose an available appointment time at the beginning of your hire period.

Please use the same customer name and contact details shown on your Helium Tank Hire order so we can easily match your appointment to your order.

3. BOOK YOUR RETURN

Select Helium Tank Return and choose an available appointment time at the end of your agreed hire period.

Your helium tank must be returned within the hire period selected on your original order unless an extension has been approved by Piece Of Cake Events.

DIRECT-TO-BOOT PICK UP

We make helium tank collection as straightforward as possible with our Direct-to-Boot Pick Up service.

Please arrive at your confirmed appointment time with a suitable vehicle. Your helium tank will be prepared and our team will bring it directly to your vehicle.

Helium cylinders must be transported upright and securely restrained. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clear space to transport the cylinder safely.

Helium tanks must not be collected using rideshare, taxi or unattended courier services.

Pick Up and Return access is via the rear laneway on Fairwater Close.

Please follow the arrival instructions provided with your appointment rather than waiting at the front entrance on Bishop Street.

NEED TO CHANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT?

Plans changed? You can manage your appointment using the reschedule option provided with your booking.

Online rescheduling must be completed at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If you are within 48 hours of your appointment, please call or text 0424 444 470 as soon as possible.

Changes within 48 hours are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Rescheduling or cancelling your Pick Up or Return appointment does not cancel, refund or amend your underlying Helium Tank Hire order.

• This booking is for customers with a confirmed Piece Of Cake Events Helium Tank Hire order only.

• You must book both a Pick Up appointment and Return appointment for your hire.

• Booking an appointment does not reserve or hire a helium tank.

• Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

• Please use the same customer name and contact details shown on your Helium Tank Hire order.

• Pick Up and Return are by appointment only.

• Customers are responsible for arriving with a suitable vehicle and transporting the helium cylinder safely and securely.

• The person collecting the helium tank must meet the responsible hirer requirements attached to the original Helium Tank Hire order.

• Your helium tank must be returned within your agreed hire period unless an extension has been approved in advance.

• If you selected Delivery & Collection – Sydney on your Helium Tank Hire order, do not book a Breakfast Point Pick Up or Return appointment. Our team will deliver and collect your helium tank according to the arrangements recorded with your order.
