Organic Full Balloon Arch

Our organic balloon arch hire in Sydney creates a freestanding entrance, finish line or photo backdrop in your choice of Sempertex balloon colours. We layer air-filled latex balloons in a mix of sizes from base to base for a full, sculptural finish. It’s suited to birthday parties, weddings, school celebrations, community events, corporate functions and brand launches.

We build the arch on a freestanding frame with metal base plates. The finished dimensions and walk-through clearance vary with balloon sizes, cluster placement and any foil accents.

Custom balloon colours and optional detailing

Choose colours to match your event theme, school colours or business branding. If you’d like Mylar (foil) balloon accents, tell us about your event or share your branding. We’ll email you with suggested styles and quantities, which may include starbursts, numbers, letters or themed shapes. We can also customise selected foil balloons with a vinyl logo. Foil accents and logo customisation are quoted separately for your approval.

For extra texture, add mini caviar detailing for $285. These ropes of tiny balloons weave through the larger clusters. Reflex colours are $75 extra per colour, per arch.

Delivery, installation and pack-down

The Organic Full Balloon Arch starts at $650 for 24-hour hire. Delivery is calculated at checkout using your venue address.

Full Installation & Pack-Down is required and charged separately through its own service listing. Our team builds and styles the arch on site, then returns at the agreed time to pack it down and collect the frame and base plates.

Balloon care

Your arch looks its best indoors in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and heat. As a guide, allow approximately 2–5 days of indoor display under suitable conditions. Balloon appearance can change during that time.

Latex balloons naturally oxidise and may develop a softer, matte finish. This can be more noticeable on dark or glossy colours. Direct sun and heat can speed up dulling and fading and increase the chance of balloons popping. Outdoor and partially sheltered setups require prior approval. For an outdoor setup, we recommend a shaded spot protected from strong wind.

Optional HI-SHINE gives latex balloons a glossy, wet-look finish and helps reduce visible dulling from oxidation.

We offer 24/7 installation and pack-down across Sydney, subject to availability. We can work around your trading hours, venue access windows or event schedule, including early mornings, late nights and overnight. Installation and pack-down are charged separately from arch hire. We’ll confirm your service quote, including any applicable after-hours surcharges, before you approve it.
