FREE ONLINE EVENT CONSULTATION – ZOOM

Have an event, project or idea in mind? Let's talk.

Our complimentary Online Event Consultation is an opportunity to introduce your event, discuss what you're considering and explore how Piece Of Cake Events may be able to help bring it together.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you book. You may already know exactly what you need, or you might simply have an idea and want to explore what's possible.

Our work extends well beyond private parties. Your enquiry could relate to a wedding, birthday, anniversary, school event, formal or presentation day, community celebration, corporate function, property styling, workplace event, seasonal installation, shopping-centre activation, balloon installation or something completely different.

WHAT CAN WE DISCUSS?

Depending on your enquiry, we can use the consultation to:

• Introduce your event, project or celebration
• Discuss your ideas, priorities and approximate budget
• Explore event planning, styling and coordination services
• Discuss props, furniture, backdrops, décor and other hire products
• Explore balloon installations and custom balloon styling
• Discuss Fun Buckets, children's celebrations and school events
• Talk through corporate, commercial and community requirements
• Explore seasonal displays, activations and installations
• Discuss property, foyer or workplace styling
• Determine whether an On-Site Event Consultation & Walk-Through would be beneficial
• Identify the Piece Of Cake Events products, services or next steps most suited to your requirements

The purpose of this initial conversation is to understand what you're hoping to achieve and determine how Piece Of Cake Events may be able to assist.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Following your consultation, we can recommend the most appropriate next step based on your requirements.

This may include suitable hire products, another appointment, an on-site consultation, a particular Piece Of Cake Events service, or a tailored proposal for a larger event or project.

Where you decide to proceed and your project requires Piece Of Cake Events to begin planning, sourcing, research, creative development or other preparatory work, a non-refundable booking fee may be required before work commences.

Any applicable fees and next steps will be clearly explained before you proceed.
