Your selected installation time, event details, venue information, access requirements and pack-down details have now been submitted to our team.
What Happens Next
We will use the information you have provided to coordinate the delivery, installation, styling, pack-down and collection associated with your confirmed booking.
Please ensure all venue arrangements have been confirmed before your event, including permitted installation and pack-down times, loading dock access, parking, lifts, stairs, security requirements and any other venue restrictions.
Where required, please ensure your venue coordinator or on-the-day contact is aware that the Piece Of Cake Events team will require access at the times provided.
Installation & Pack-Down Times
Your selected installation time is the approved arrival time provided for your Full Service booking.
The amount of time required for installation and pack-down will depend on the size and complexity of your booking, venue access and the amount of equipment involved.
Restricted access windows may require additional crew to complete your installation or pack-down within the permitted timeframe and may result in additional staffing or labour charges.
Changes to Your Installation or Pack-Down Arrangements
Once submitted, your installation and pack-down arrangements cannot be changed online.
If your venue changes its access requirements, installation time or pack-down requirements, please contact Piece Of Cake Events as soon as possible.
Requested changes are subject to availability and may result in additional staffing, travel, parking, waiting time, after-hours or other applicable charges.
Venue Access, Parking & Additional Charges
Customers are responsible for providing accurate venue and access information.
Additional charges may apply where your booking involves paid parking, loading restrictions, loading docks, stairs, lifts, long carrying distances, restricted access times, waiting time or other circumstances that increase the time or resources required to complete your service.
After-hours charges apply where applicable.
Sunday and NSW Public Holiday surcharges also apply in accordance with your booking and our Terms & Conditions.
Security Bond & Hire Equipment
Where a refundable security bond applies to your booking, the applicable bond amount and payment requirements will be shown on your order or advised by Piece Of Cake Events.
Security bonds are separate from hire and service charges and are processed for refund following the complete, satisfactory and on-time return or collection of all applicable hire equipment, subject to inspection and our Hire Terms & Conditions.
Charges relating to damage, loss, missing items, excessive cleaning, late return or other applicable costs may be deducted from the bond. Where costs exceed the bond held, additional charges may apply.
All reusable hire equipment remains the property of Piece Of Cake Events.
Your Existing Booking
Submitting your Full Service schedule does not create a new hire order and does not replace, cancel or alter your existing Piece Of Cake Events booking.
Your original order, payment arrangements, hire period, cancellation terms and Piece Of Cake Events Terms & Conditions continue to apply.
