All Dry Hire equipment must be returned to our Breakfast Point location at the end of the agreed hire period unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed by Piece Of Cake Events.

We recommend booking your Return Appointment as soon as your hire order is confirmed. Appointment times are limited and are available on a first booked, first secured basis, so preferred return times cannot be guaranteed.

• Party hire machines and equipment
• Balloon frames and balloon structures
• Helium tanks and Balloon Bar equipment
• Backdrops and display structures
• Props and styling pieces
• Plinths and display tables
• Furniture and seating
• Artificial plants, greenery and faux florals
• Cake and table-styling items
• Linen and draping
• Staging and flooring
• Play equipment and games
• Signage structures, stands and easels
• Trolleys, weights, bases, attachments and other hired accessories
• Any other Piece Of Cake Events equipment requiring return

HOW IT WORKS

COMPLETE YOUR HIRE ORDER

Your hire products must already be booked before arranging your Return Appointment. Booking this appointment does not reserve or hire any products.

BOOK YOUR RETURN APPOINTMENT

Once your hire order has been confirmed, choose an available date and time to return your complete Dry Hire order to our Breakfast Point location.

Please book one Return Appointment for your complete hire order, regardless of how many individual hire products are included.

Your Return Appointment should fall within the agreed return requirements for your selected hire period.

RETURNING YOUR HIRE ITEMS

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time with your complete hire order.

Every item supplied as part of your booking must be returned, including all components, attachments, weights, bases, accessories, containers, covers and other equipment supplied with your hire.

Items must be returned in accordance with your hire agreement and Piece Of Cake Events Terms & Conditions.

Please check your vehicle carefully before leaving to ensure no smaller components or accessories have been left behind.

Late or incomplete returns may affect subsequent customer bookings and may result in additional charges in accordance with your hire agreement.

RETURN LOCATION & ACCESS

Return Appointments take place at our Breakfast Point showroom and return point:

Rear of 15 Bishop Street
Breakfast Point NSW

The entrance is located in the laneway behind the property and is accessed through the rear driveway. Please do not wait at the front entrance on Bishop Street.

Complete arrival instructions will also be included in your appointment confirmation.

SECURITY BOND & INSPECTION

Where a refundable security bond applies to your hire order, returning your equipment does not mean the bond is refunded immediately at the appointment.

Returned items will be checked following return. Once all hired items have been returned and inspected, any applicable security bond refund will be processed in accordance with your hire terms.

Bond refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days following inspection.

Reasonable costs may be deducted where applicable for loss, damage, breakage, missing components, excessive or unauthorised cleaning, late return or extended hire. Any costs exceeding the security bond remain payable by the customer in accordance with the hire terms.

PLEASE NOTE

• This appointment service is for customers returning Dry Hire equipment to Piece Of Cake Events.

• Book one Return Appointment for your complete order, regardless of how many products you have hired.

• Your hire products must be booked separately. Making a Return Appointment does not reserve or hire any products.

• We recommend booking your Return Appointment as soon as your hire order is confirmed. Appointment availability is limited and preferred dates or times cannot be guaranteed.

• Returns are by appointment so a team member is available to receive your equipment.

• Please use the same customer or booking name shown on your hire order so we can identify your booking.

• All hired items, components and accessories supplied with your order must be returned.

• Your Return Appointment must comply with the return requirements of your agreed hire period.

• If Piece Of Cake Events is providing pack-down and/or collection from your event or venue, you do not need to book a Dry Hire Return Appointment.

• If you need to change your appointment, please use the rescheduling link in your confirmation email rather than creating another booking.

• If you are unable to reschedule online, please contact Piece Of Cake Events on 0424 444 470 as soon as possible.

This is a free appointment-booking service. No hire products are included with this appointment.
