Whether you’re planning a birthday, engagement, wedding celebration, corporate event, school function, community event or private celebration, we’ll use the information and inspiration you provide to develop a considered visual direction for your event.

Your mock-up is designed to help you see how the key elements could work together, giving you greater confidence before deciding which products and services you’d like to proceed with.

What We’ll Need From You

After booking, we’ll ask you to provide information about your event, which may include your:

• Event type and date
• Venue or event location
• Preferred colours and styling direction
• Inspiration images or references
• Approximate styling budget
• Piece Of Cake Events products or hire pieces you already have in mind

Where the concept depends on a particular venue or space, we may also request photographs, measurements or other relevant venue information.

The more accurate the information supplied, the more effectively we can design your concept around your actual event.

Need Us to Visit Your Venue?

If your event requires a closer assessment of the space, you can separately book our On-Site Event Consultation & Walk-Through – Sydney.

During a venue walk-through, we can assess elements such as access, dimensions, power points, lighting, guest flow, placement opportunities and practical installation requirements.

Please Note

This is a creative design and visualisation service and the booking fee is non-refundable once creative work has commenced.

The service does not include the physical hire or supply of event products, balloons, florals, signage, furniture, props, delivery, installation, styling labour, pack down, venue hire or other event services unless separately quoted and booked.

The digital mock-up is a conceptual visual representation. Final styling, colours, scale, positioning and individual elements may vary depending on product availability, venue conditions, measurements, access, installation requirements and final selections.

Additional concepts, substantially different design directions, multiple event spaces, extensive revisions or work outside the scope described above may require an additional creative fee.

Product availability and final event pricing are confirmed separately if you choose to proceed with Piece Of Cake Events for your hire, styling or event services.

Purchasing a Creative Event Concept & Digital Mock-Up does not require you to subsequently book your event hire or styling with Piece Of Cake Events.

Creative Concept Usage

Your digital mock-up and creative concept remain the intellectual property of Piece Of Cake Events.

Your purchase gives you permission to use the supplied concept as a visual reference for your own event, including if you choose not to proceed with our subsequent event hire or styling quote.

The concept may not be resold, reproduced for commercial purposes, distributed or sold as a template, or represented as the original creative work of another business.

Your mock-up is intended to provide a clear creative direction for your celebration while giving you the flexibility to decide how you’d like to bring the concept to life.
