This complimentary pickup appointment is suitable for prepared balloon bouquets, helium balloons, balloon gifts, gifting products and other lightweight balloon arrangements that do not include a balloon frame, hire prop or heavy equipment.

When you arrive, please let us know you are here and have your order number ready. We will meet you at the designated collection area and assist with placing your order into your vehicle where practical.

Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clear space for your order. Balloon arrangements can be delicate and may not fit safely into small or heavily packed vehicles.

Orders containing any returnable hire component—including a balloon frame, stand, base, structure, prop, party machine or other hired equipment—must use our separate Dry Hire Equipment Collection & Return appointment.
