Dry Hire allows you to pick up your confirmed hire items from our Breakfast Point location, transport and set up or use the items yourself, and return all hired equipment at the end of the agreed hire period.

We recommend booking your Pick Up Appointment as soon as your hire order is confirmed. Appointment times are limited and are available on a first booked, first secured basis, so preferred pick up times cannot be guaranteed.

• Party hire machines and equipment
• Balloon frames and balloon structures
• Balloons supplied with hired frames or structures
• Helium tanks and Balloon Bar equipment
• Backdrops and display structures
• Props and styling pieces
• Plinths and display tables
• Furniture and seating
• Artificial plants, greenery and faux florals
• Cake and table-styling items
• Linen and draping
• Staging and flooring
• Play equipment and games
• Signage structures, stands and easels
• Trolleys, weights, bases, attachments and other hired accessories
• Any other Piece Of Cake Events equipment offered for customer pick up

Browse our Event Hire range and book the items you require, selecting Dry Hire / Customer Pick Up where available.

COMPLETE YOUR HIRE ORDER

Your hire products must be booked before arranging your Pick Up Appointment. Booking this appointment does not reserve or hire any products.

BOOK YOUR PICK UP APPOINTMENT

Once your hire order has been confirmed, choose an available date and time to pick up your complete Dry Hire order from our Breakfast Point location.

Please book one Pick Up Appointment for your complete hire order, regardless of how many individual hire products are included.

You will also need to book a separate Dry Hire Return Appointment for the end of your agreed hire period.

DIRECT-TO-BOOT PICK UP

We make picking up your hire items as easy as possible with our Direct-to-Boot Pick Up Service.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time with a suitable vehicle and enough clear space for your complete order. Your items will be prepared for pick up, and our team will bring them out to your vehicle.

Larger items, furniture, backdrops, balloon structures, helium tanks and party hire machines may require an SUV, van, ute or another appropriately sized vehicle. Please check all product dimensions and transport requirements before arriving.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is suitable and that all items can be transported safely. Trolleys, straps and other transport accessories may be available to hire separately.

PICK UP LOCATION & ACCESS

Pick Up Appointments take place at our Breakfast Point showroom and pick up point:

Rear of 15 Bishop Street
Breakfast Point NSW

The entrance is located in the laneway behind the property and is accessed through the rear driveway. Please do not wait at the front entrance on Bishop Street.

Complete arrival instructions will also be included in your appointment confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE

• This appointment service is only for Dry Hire / Customer Pick Up orders.

• Book one Pick Up Appointment for your complete order, regardless of how many products you have hired.

• Your hire products must be booked separately. Making a Pick Up Appointment does not reserve or hire any products.

• We recommend booking your Pick Up Appointment as soon as your hire order is confirmed. Appointment availability is limited and preferred dates or times cannot be guaranteed.

• Pick up is by appointment only so your order can be prepared and a team member is available to assist you.

• Please use the same customer or booking name shown on your hire order so we can identify your items.

• You are responsible for arriving with a vehicle suitable for safely transporting your complete hire order.

• You must make a separate Dry Hire Return Appointment for the return of your hired equipment.

• Grab & Go balloons and gifts that contain no hired or returnable equipment do not require a Dry Hire Pick Up Appointment through this service.

• If Piece Of Cake Events is providing delivery, installation, pack-down or collection, you do not need to book a Dry Hire Pick Up Appointment. Our team will coordinate the required times around your event and venue access.

• If you need to change your appointment, please use the rescheduling link in your confirmation email rather than creating another booking.

• If you are unable to reschedule online, please contact Piece Of Cake Events on 0424 444 470 as soon as possible.

This is a free appointment-booking service. No hire products are included with this appointment.
