Dry Hire Collection Date (required) — Select your preferred collection date. Dry Hire collection from Breakfast Point is by appointment only and is not confirmed until accepted by Piece Of Cake Events. — This option may appear depending on other selections.
Preferred collection time (required) — This is your preferred time only and does not create an appointment. Please use the booking link below as soon as possible to secure both your collection and return appointments. — This option may appear depending on other selections.
Dry Hire Return Date (required) — Select your preferred return date. Returns to Breakfast Point are by appointment only and are not confirmed until accepted by Piece Of Cake Events. Late returns may incur additional hire charges. — This option may appear depending on other selections.
Preferred return time (required) — Your return must fall within your selected hire period. For 24-hour hire, the item must be returned within 24 hours of the confirmed collection time. We strongly recommend allowing enough time for transport and unloading. Late-return and additional hire fees may apply if the item is returned after the booked hire period. — This option may appear depending on other selections.

FULL SERVICE INSTALLATION & PACK-DOWN DETAILS

Bump-In Access Time (required) — Bump-in is the scheduled period when our team can access the venue to unload, carry in, assemble and install your hired items before the event. A minimum of one hour is required; however, two to three hours is preferred. Larger packages or more complex installations may require additional time. — This option may appear depending on other selections.
What time can our team begin bump-out? (required) — Bump-out is the scheduled period when our team returns to dismantle, pack down and remove the hired items. We recommend scheduling bump-out at least 30 minutes after the event finishes to allow guests to leave safely and provide our team with clear access to the event space. — This option may appear depending on other selections.
Which delivery and venue-access conditions apply? Select all that you know. (optional) — Please select everything you know about access from the delivery vehicle to the setup location. If you are unsure, select “Access details unknown” and ask your venue for its supplier-access information. Refundable Security Bond and Additional Booking Costs

A refundable security bond applies to all hire bookings and is calculated as a minimum of $50 or 20% of the total hire value, whichever is greater, unless a different bond is specified. The bond is held until all hired items have been returned or collected on time and inspected. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days following inspection. Reasonable costs may be deducted for loss, theft, damage, breakage, missing components, excessive or unauthorised cleaning, late return or extended hire. Any costs exceeding the bond remain payable by the client. Individual hire prices cover the hire of the item only unless expressly stated. Delivery, collection, installation and pack-down labour are calculated once for the complete booking. Additional charges may apply for parking, tolls, waiting time, stairs, lifts, restricted or difficult access, long carries, loading-dock requirements, venue inductions, additional staff or labour, changes to agreed logistics, unsuccessful access, after-hours services, Sundays and NSW public holidays. The client must provide complete and accurate event, venue and access information and remains responsible for all hired items from delivery or collection until their safe return to Piece Of Cake Events.
