Setup Conditions • Suitable for indoor and outdoor use • Outdoor setups must be fully undercover if rain is expected • Not suitable for exposed weather conditions Pricing, Payments & Terms Classic Arch Backdrop, Welcome Sign & Balloon Styling Package — $1,220 • Full payment required 7 days prior to event • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or change of mind • Pack down after 9:00pm — $150 • Public holiday surcharge — $150 • Public holiday + after-hours — $300 Payment Options • Full payment can be made at checkout ( excluding delivery, setup and pack down ) • Alternatively, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to your event Delivery, setup and pack down costs will be calculated after checkout based on your event details and included in your final invoice.
