Order Notice A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all balloon bouquet orders. Short notice requests may be accommodated depending on availability. Delivery & Pickup Delivery is available across Sydney and is calculated at checkout. Customers are required to select a preferred delivery or pickup date when placing their order. Delivery times are scheduled based on daily delivery runs and are not selected at checkout. If you require delivery at a specific time: • Enter your requested time in the order notes • Select the Priority Delivery add-on (+$15) Orders without Priority Delivery will be scheduled within our standard delivery run for the selected date. Standard delivery hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm. Early morning (from 6:00am) and evening deliveries are available upon request and incur an additional $25 fee. 📍 Direct-to-Boot Pickup 15 Bishop Street, Breakfast Point NSW Please text 0491 217 203 on arrival and we will bring your order directly to your vehicle. Balloon Care & Float Times To maximise float time: • Keep balloons indoors • Avoid heat and direct sunlight • Do not leave balloons in hot cars Approximate float times: • Latex balloons (Hi-Float treated): 24–48 hours • Foil balloons: several days or longer For best results, we recommend delivery or collection on the day of your event. Important Information • Balloons are fragile and must be handled with care • Once delivered or collected, responsibility transfers to the customer • We are not responsible for damage due to heat, transport or handling Balloon Safety Children and pets should be supervised around balloons at all times. Helium must never be inhaled. Balloon releases are not supported due to environmental responsibility.
