Suspended installations are subject to venue approval, suitable rigging points and site-specific installation requirements.

Our experienced team will deliver, professionally inflate, position and secure the spheres before returning at the agreed time for pack-down and collection.

Delivery and installation pricing varies depending on the quantity and size of spheres selected, event location, venue access, installation height, rigging requirements and overall complexity. A customised quotation for these services will be provided before your booking is confirmed.

Security Bond

A refundable security bond applies to all hire bookings.

The bond is calculated at 20% of the total hire product value, with a minimum bond of $50, whichever is greater.

The bond is held for the duration of the hire and refunded following collection and inspection of the hired equipment, provided all items are in the same condition in which they were supplied, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.

Any applicable costs for loss, damage, breakage, excessive cleaning or missing equipment may be deducted from the security bond. Where repair or replacement costs exceed the security bond held, the hirer remains responsible for the outstanding amount.

Damage & Responsibility

All Giant Inflatable Mirror Spheres remain the property of Piece Of Cake Events.

The hirer is responsible for ensuring a safe event environment and that guests, attendees and other suppliers do not climb on, sit on, jump on, move, interfere with or intentionally damage the installation.

Repair or replacement costs may apply where equipment is lost, damaged, misused or interfered with during the hire period.

This product is available for hire only and remains the property of Piece Of Cake Events.

By proceeding with a booking and/or making payment, you acknowledge and agree to the Piece Of Cake Events Hire Terms & Conditions, including requirements relating to security bonds, payment, cancellations, loss or damage, hire periods, venue access and responsibility for hired equipment.

Delivery and installation arrangements will be selected and/or confirmed as part of the booking and checkout process.
