Ordering Information

• Minimum 48 hours’ notice is required.
• Same-day delivery is unavailable.
• Orders placed within 48 hours may not be accepted.
• Fresh products are prepared to order and are best enjoyed on the day of delivery.

Important Information - School Absences

If your child will be absent on the day of delivery, please notify us as soon as possible, and no later than 7:00 am on the scheduled delivery day.

As our GOAT Birthday Fun Buckets contain freshly prepared products, we are unable to cancel, postpone or refund fresh orders within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.

If your child is absent:

• Your order will still be delivered to the nominated school.
• The school may store the order in the most appropriate location until your child returns or it is collected.
• Frozen items may be stored in a freezer where available.
• Fresh products such as cupcakes and chocolate dipped strawberries may be collected directly from the school by a parent or guardian if preferred.
• Schools may also choose to distribute the treats the following day at their discretion.
• We cannot guarantee the freshness or quality of fresh products once they have been delivered and stored by the school.
• Refunds or replacement products cannot be provided due to student absences notified within 48 hours of delivery.

We recommend advising us as soon as you become aware of your child’s absence so we can assist wherever possible.
