Terms & Conditions • Hire period is for up to 72 hours unless otherwise agreed. • Pickup and return times must be arranged prior to collection. • All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. • Damage, loss, theft or excessive cleaning may incur additional charges. • Balloons are supplied as a styling feature and longevity cannot be guaranteed due to weather, heat, wind and environmental conditions. • Outdoor setups require a suitable flat and sheltered location. • Delivery, collection, installation and pack down fees may apply depending on location and access requirements. • A bond may be required for selected hire items. • By proceeding with a booking, customers agree to our full Terms & Conditions.
