Please read carefully prior to securing your booking. Standard hire period is 24 hours unless otherwise arranged in writing. Delivery, installation, collection, pack down, after-hours services and additional logistics are quoted separately based on location, venue access requirements and selected hire option. A bond may be required for selected hire items and premium event installations. Bonds are refundable upon safe return or collection of all hire items in the same condition supplied, excluding reasonable wear and tear. Customers selecting pickup or delivery-only services are responsible for safely transporting, storing and repacking all hire items ready for collection unless otherwise arranged. All hire items remain the property of Piece Of Cake Events. Clients are responsible for all products during the hire period and may be charged replacement or repair costs for damaged, missing, excessively dirty or incorrectly repacked items. Outdoor setups must be protected from strong wind, rain and extreme weather conditions. Flooring, decals and balloon installations should be kept dry, secure and away from sharp objects, heat sources and rough surfaces. Late returns may incur additional fees. After-hours pack down services may also incur additional charges. By securing your booking, you consent to Piece Of Cake Events using event photographs for social media, website and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
