Package Inclusions: • Initial Event Planning Consultation • Event Vision & Concept Development • Event Planning Timeline & Action Plan • Venue Guidance & Recommendations • Up to 3 Supplier Recommendations • Supplier Liaison & Communication • Budget Guidance & Planning Support • Event Logistics & Planning Assistance • Complimentary Venue Walkthrough and Site Assessment • Final Event Review Meeting • Event Run Sheet Preparation • Supplier Confirmation Prior to Event • Up to 5 Hours On-the-Day Event Coordination Suitable for milestone birthdays, engagements, corporate functions, gala events, community celebrations and special occasions across Sydney. Additional planning hours, supplier sourcing, styling services and event-day coordination can be added upon request. Booking & Payment Information A non-refundable 25% booking deposit is required to secure your event date and commence planning services. The remaining balance will be invoiced in accordance with your service agreement and must be finalised prior to your event. Any third-party supplier costs, venue fees, styling items, entertainment, catering and hire equipment are additional unless specifically included within your selected package.
