DRY HIRE COLLECTION & RETURN APPOINTMENTS – SYDNEY

Selected Dry Hire / Customer Collection for your event hire order? This is where you book your collection and return appointments with Piece Of Cake Events.

Our Dry Hire option allows you to collect your booked hire items from our Breakfast Point, Sydney collection location, transport and style or use them yourself, then return them at the end of your agreed hire period.

Dry Hire may be available across a range of our hire products, including event décor, props and styling pieces, furniture hire, Balloon Bar items, helium tank hire and other Event Hire equipment.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Book your Event Hire items
Browse our Event Hire range and select the items you would like to hire, choosing Dry Hire / Customer Collectionwhere available.

This may include décor, props, styling pieces, furniture, Balloon Bar items, helium tanks and other hire equipment.

2. Complete your hire order
Your hire items must be booked before arranging your collection and return appointments.

3. Book your Collection Appointment
Choose an available appointment time to collect your complete Dry Hire order from our Breakfast Point collection location.

4. Book your Return Appointment
Choose an available appointment time to return your hire items at the end of your agreed hire period.

DIRECT-TO-BOOT COLLECTION

We make collecting your hire items as easy as possible with our Direct-to-Boot Collection Service.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time with a suitable vehicle and sufficient clear space for your complete hire order. Your items will be prepared for collection, and our team will bring them out to your vehicle.

Some larger hire items, furniture or equipment may require an SUV, van, ute or other appropriately sized vehicle. Please consider the size and quantity of the items in your order when arranging transport.

RETURNING YOUR HIRE ITEMS

All hired items must be returned at your pre-booked Return Appointment unless an alternative arrangement has been confirmed with Piece Of Cake Events.

Please ensure all hire items, components and accessories supplied with your order are returned together and in accordance with our Event Hire Terms and Conditions.

PLEASE NOTE

• This appointment service is for Dry Hire / Customer Collection orders only.

• You only need to book one Collection Appointment and one Return Appointment for your complete Dry Hire order, regardless of how many items you have hired.

• When booking your appointment, please select whether you are booking your Collection or Return.

• If you have booked Piece Of Cake Events delivery, installation and/or pack-down and collection, you do not need to book a Dry Hire Collection & Return Appointment. Our team will coordinate these times based on your event and venue bump-in and bump-out requirements.

• Your hire items must be booked separately. This appointment does not reserve or hire any products.

• Collection and return are by appointment only to ensure our team has your order prepared and is available to assist you.

• The full collection address and arrival instructions will be provided with your booking confirmation.
