Booking Recommendations • We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance • Peak dates and public holidays book out quickly • Public holiday bookings may require earlier confirmation Additional Fees • Delivery, setup and pack down — quoted based on location and access • After-hours pack down (after 9:00pm) — $150 • Public holiday surcharge — $150 • Public holiday + after-hours — $300 Public holiday surcharges apply to all recognised NSW public holidays, including observed dates.
