From planning and coordination to partnerships, resources, and on-the-day support, we help take the stress off your shoulders so you can enjoy your event instead of managing it. You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like — we’ll meet you where you’re at.

Also, I’m a mum of four — so I’m basically an event manager in the wild, every single day. If you need a miracle, there’s a good chance I can make it happen. The juggling, organising, crisis-managing, snack-running, schedule-balancing chaos that happens at home has turned out to be surprisingly useful in real events.

We operate with limited capacity, and most events require planning ahead of time, so we recommend booking at least 8 weeks in advance where possible. Last-minute opportunities may be available depending on the size and scope of the event, but the earlier we start, the smoother and more enjoyable the experience.
