“Activities are designed for children aged 5–14 and usually run for 45–60 minutes depending on the craft. Minimum booking is 10 children (minimum spend $360). For larger groups over 20, an additional craft host will be arranged to ensure every child gets support. All travel, set-up and pack-down is included within 20 km of Breakfast Point. We arrive 15 minutes before your booking and leave your space spotless afterwards. Extra time can be booked at $40 per 15 minutes, per host.”

For parties with more than 15 children, a second host is required. Face painting, temporary tattoos and body art are included within the 1.5 hours, time permitting. We always do our best to provide a host who closely matches your chosen character, but exact likenesses cannot be guaranteed.

Bespoke placemats –

Personalised craft placemats for each child. Not only do they protect the tables, but they also add a styled touch to the activity station and make every child feel special.
• All workshops are designed for children aged 5–14 and run for 1.5 hours (craft + games if time allows). • Minimum booking: 10 children. • 1 entertainer is included per 10 children. An additional entertainer is required for every 10 extra children ($120 each). • Our team will arrive 30 minutes before your booking to set up and will leave once pack-down is complete. • Extra time can be booked at $40 per 15 minutes per host. * Parties on Public Holidays will incur a 10% Surcharge

What’s Included in Every Craft & Keep Party
- All craft materials and a beautifully styled set-up
- A friendly host to guide the activity from start to finish
- Activities designed for ages 5–14 (each session runs 60 -90minutes depending on the craft)

- Travel within 20 km of Breakfast Point included (additional travel quoted upfront, no hidden fees)

How It Works
- Setup & Pack-Down: Hosts arrive 30 minutes before your booked time to set up a beautifully styled station and clean up afterwards.
- Extra Tables & Chairs: Compact craft tables seat up to 6 children ($6 per table). Deluxe Tiffany chairs available for $4 each.
- Timing: Activities run 60-90 minutes. Extra time available at $40 per 15 minutes, per host.
- Age Range: Designed for children aged 5–14. Activities can also be tailored for teens, mums’ nights, or corporate events.
- Customisation: Crafts can be themed to match your party style — Popstar Glam, Rainbow Magic, By the Sea, or anything in between.
Host-to-Child Ratios
- 1 host for up to 10 children
- 2 hosts for up to 20 children ( except spa packages 15+ children)
- For larger groups (20+), additional hosts will be added so every child/ person gets plenty of attention
Booking & Availability
- We recommend booking 6–8 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date
