Perfect for both indoor and outdoor events, this modular system allows you to customise your layout to suit your space. Modular Bar Configuration This bar is hired as individual components, giving you full flexibility in how your bar is styled and set up. Available Sections: • Part 1 – Straight Bar Section • Part 2 – Bar Section with Ice Well (perfect for drinks service) • Part 3 – Corner Bar Section Complete Bar Setup (Recommended) To create a full bar setup, we recommend: • 1 x Part 1 • 1 x Part 2 • 2 x Part 3 (corner sections) ✨ This creates a curved or wrap-around bar for a premium event finish. Corner Section Flexibility The corner section (Part 3) is a single unit that can be used in multiple ways: • Use 1 x corner piece to create a return against a wall • Use 2 x corner pieces to form a curved or wrap-around bar • Use without corners for a straight, minimal setup 👉 This allows you to customise your layout depending on your venue. Hire Information (24 Hour Hire) • This item is available for hire only (24-hour period) • Hire period begins at pickup or delivery and ends upon return • Pickup location: Breakfast Point, Sydney (by appointment) • Delivery available upon request (additional fees apply) Bond & Responsibility • A refundable bond is required for all hires • Bond is returned once items are checked and confirmed in original condition • Any damage, loss or excessive wear may result in deductions from the bond Payment Terms • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking • Remaining balance must be paid prior to collection/delivery • Bookings are not confirmed until deposit is received Cancellations • Cancellations must be submitted in writing • Deposits are non-refundable • Late cancellations may result in full hire fee being charged Hire Conditions • Items must be returned in the same condition as hired • Do not attempt to clean or modify items • Late returns may incur additional fees • Client assumes responsibility for items during the hire period Event Styling & Packages This LED bar can be styled as part of a full event setup, including: • Balloon installations and backdrops • Custom signage and branding • LED furniture and feature styling • Full event coordination and setup ✨ For a fully styled event, we recommend booking this as part of an event package.
