Pickup & Delivery Information This package is designed as a grab-and-go styled hire setup for customers wanting a professionally styled event feature that is elegant, simple and budget friendly. Pickup is available from Breakfast Point, NSW via our direct-to-boot pickup service. Book Pickup Online: https://pieceofcakeevents.com.au/appointments%2F-delivery Because balloon garlands are pre-styled prior to collection, an SUV or larger vehicle with seats folded down is strongly recommended for transport. If you are unsure whether your setup will fit safely inside your vehicle, we strongly recommend arranging delivery and/or professional setup instead. Please note: Piece Of Cake Events is not responsible for popped balloons, shifting garlands or styling damage caused during customer transport, particularly where items are bent, compressed or forced into unsuitable vehicles. If delivery and/or setup is required, please include: • stairs • lifts • parking restrictions • loading zones • venue access times within your order comments and a separate invoice will be issued for these additional services. For best presentation results, we recommend setup at least 1–1.5 hours prior to the event start time. Terms & Conditions of Hire Please read these terms carefully before making a hire request. By paying a deposit for hire items, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below. Bond A bond is required for all hire items and is held until safe return or collection of all products in original condition, excluding reasonable wear and tear. Bond pricing is: • Minimum $50 or • 20% of the total hire amount (whichever is greater) Bond refunds may be reduced for: • damage • missing items • excessive wear • late returns Payment To secure your booking: • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required • Remaining balances for hire products are due at least 3 days prior to the event date Payments accepted: • Bank transfer • Cash • Credit/debit card Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be submitted in writing. • More than 4 weeks before event date: payments refunded excluding deposit • 2 weeks or less before event date: full hire amount forfeited • All other cancellations remain at Piece Of Cake Events discretion Loss or Damage All hire items remain the property of Piece Of Cake Events. Clients are responsible for all products from the time of pickup/delivery until returned or collected. The client is responsible for replacement or repair costs relating to: • lost items • stolen items • damaged products • non-returned hire items Replacement pricing is based on current market value and product availability. Cleaning Clients must not attempt to clean hire products. Any damage caused by improper cleaning may incur additional charges. Hire Period The hire period begins upon: • customer pickup or • delivery by Piece Of Cake Events Late returns incur a daily fee equal to 10% of the total hire amount per overdue day. Delivery & After Hours Fees • Events requiring pack down after 9pm incur an additional $150 after-hours fee • Public holiday bookings incur an additional $150 surcharge • Events requiring both after-hours pack down and public holiday service incur a combined surcharge of $300 Photography By hiring our products, clients consent to Piece Of Cake Events using event/setup photographs for advertising, social media and promotional purposes.
