WEDDING DAY CHILDCARE PACKAGE – SYDNEY Enjoy your special day knowing your little guests are cared for by experienced, nurturing and professional Event Nannies. From the morning preparations through to the reception, our team provides personalised childcare support so parents can relax and fully enjoy the celebration. WHAT’S INCLUDED ✔ Up to 10 hours of childcare support (times can be adapted to suit your event requirements) ✔ Attendance at the location where the bride, groom or family are getting ready ✔ Assistance with dressing children, preparing for photographs and keeping little ones entertained ✔ Support for Flower Girls and Ring Bearers before and during the ceremony ✔ Supervision during the ceremony to minimise interruptions ✔ Assistance during family photographs ✔ Children’s meal assistance during the reception ✔ Age-appropriate activities and entertainment tailored to each child’s interests ✔ Assistance with quiet time, settling routines and rest periods where suitable facilities are available ✔ Activity bag included for every child attending ✔ Working With Children Checked carers ✔ At least one First Aid and CPR qualified nanny attending your event CHILDCARE RATIOS To ensure the highest level of care and safety, staffing is automatically allocated based on the ages of children attending: • Ages 0–3 years: 1 nanny per child • Ages 4–6 years: 1 nanny per 3 children • Ages 7–13 years: 1 nanny per 6 children Additional nannies are automatically added based on the number and ages of children selected. IMPORTANT INFORMATION • This package is priced for up to 10 hours of care. • Travel and transport fees may apply depending on event location and logistics. • Overnight care is available as a separate package. • If children will be travelling between venues, please advise us in advance. • If child restraints, booster seats or baby seats are required, these can be supplied at an additional cost. • If your child requires medication, has allergies, disabilities, additional support needs, sensory requirements or specific care instructions, please provide details during booking so we can allocate the most suitable team members. • For babies and toddlers, please advise if they are breastfed, require expressed milk storage, are eating solids, are toilet trained and provide their usual sleep routine. • If your venue can accommodate a dedicated children’s area, ask us about our Luxury Kids’ Corner & Activity Zone Setup . • If you would like your nanny to meet the children before the wedding day, please enquire about our Pre-Wedding Meet & Greet Package .
