Pickup Hire or Full Event Setup Available This Sydney event hire package can be: • picked up and returned from Breakfast Point, OR • professionally delivered, installed and/or collected by Piece Of Cake Events Sydney. Pickup & Return Appointments Customers selecting pickup hire and self-return must arrange both pickup and return appointments using our booking link below: Appointments & Delivery Bookings Please use the same booking system to advise your preferred return time. Operating hours are generally between 6:00am and 9:00pm, however all hire packages are based on a strict 24-hour hire period unless otherwise agreed in writing. Morning returns are preferred where possible to assist with scheduling, cleaning and future event preparation. Delivery, Installation & Collection Information Delivery, installation and collection fees are not included in the base package price and are quoted separately based on: • suburb/location, • venue access, • loading requirements, • setup complexity, • staffing requirements, • event timing, and • pack down requirements. Customers selecting delivery, installation or collection services may receive a separate logistics invoice once booking details have been reviewed and confirmed. Hire & Pack Down Information Immediate pack down services, after-hours collections and public holiday servicing may incur additional surcharges. Customers requiring immediate venue pack down after 9:00pm may incur after-hours staffing fees. Public holiday servicing fees may apply for setup, collection and/or pack down services occurring on NSW public holidays. Important Information Customers selecting delivery or installation services must provide a reliable on-the-day contact person or venue coordinator for access and setup purposes. Please advise any: • stairs, • lifts, • loading dock requirements, • restricted venue access, • parking limitations, or • venue bump-in restrictions prior to your event date.
