Pickup & Delivery • Pickup from Breakfast Point, Sydney (by appointment only) • Delivery can be arranged upon request (additional fees apply) Hire Period • Hire period begins at the agreed pickup or delivery time • Items must be returned within 24 hours unless otherwise arranged • Late returns will incur additional hire fees Bond • A refundable bond is required for all hire items • Bond is returned once items are checked and confirmed in original condition • Any damage, loss or excessive wear may result in deductions from the bond Payment • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking • Remaining balance must be paid prior to collection or delivery • Bookings are not confirmed until deposit is received Cancellations • All cancellations must be submitted in writing • Deposits are non-refundable • Late cancellations may result in full hire fee being charged Responsibility & Care • Client assumes full responsibility for hire items during the hire period • Items must be returned in the same condition as received • Do not attempt to clean, alter or modify items • Cleaning or damage fees may apply if required Additional Information • Hire pricing covers product use only and does not include styling or setup • For full event setups, we recommend booking an Event Package or Event Styling Service Want a Fully Styled Event?
