Final pricing is determined by several factors including: • Event type • Event scope and complexity • Guest numbers • Event duration • Venue location • Supplier management requirements • Staffing requirements • Setup and pack down requirements • Travel requirements • Public holiday, long weekend or after-hours attendance Additional Event Assistants may be recommended depending on guest numbers, event complexity and event requirements. Payment Options We understand every event is different. If you require a partial payment arrangement, please contact our team and we will be happy to discuss available options. Separate invoices may be issued for travel, parking, tolls, accommodation, additional staffing, public holiday surcharges, after-hours attendance or services requested outside the selected package. Important Information Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, venue details, supplier contacts and event schedules where available. A safe and respectful working environment must be provided for all staff and contractors. Piece Of Cake Events reserves the right to cease services where unsafe conditions, harassment, abuse or inappropriate behaviour occur. Travel fees may apply for events located more than 40km from Breakfast Point NSW. Events requiring early morning starts, late evening finishes, split shifts, overnight attendance, long weekend bookings or attendance on public holidays may incur additional charges. Additional hours requested before or during the event are subject to staff availability and will be charged at the applicable rate. Looking For More Than Coordination?
