Important Ordering Information This product includes freshly prepared items and is not available for same-day delivery. Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance of the requested delivery date and time. Orders placed within this timeframe cannot be accepted. Absences, Cancellations and Fresh Product Policy This product includes freshly prepared items and is made to order. • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date • If cancellation is received after this time, we are unable to offer a refund or credit as preparation may already have commenced • If a child is absent on the day of delivery, the order will proceed as scheduled and be delivered to the school • The school may store the order and distribute it on the next day the child is in attendance Due to the short shelf life of fresh items, a new order will be required if fresh products are needed for a later date.
