Installation Only (Important) Statement Feature Spheres are not available for customer pickup . Due to their size, structure and high value, all spheres must be: • Delivered by our team • Professionally installed and styled • Packed down and removed by our team This ensures safe installation, correct positioning and protection of the product. Delivery, Setup & Pack Down Delivery, installation, styling and pack down are required and charged separately after checkout. Final costs are based on: • Event location • Access requirements (stairs, lift, loading access) • Installation complexity • Timing Additional fees apply: • Pack down after 9:00pm • Public holiday bookings • Public holiday + after-hours combined Important Hire Information These are premium hire items and remain the property of Piece Of Cake Events at all times. A security bond is required and will be confirmed after checkout. • Bond is refundable upon safe pack down and collection • Items must remain in original condition • Any damage, misuse or loss will incur replacement costs Please note: Replacement costs for these items can exceed $3,000+ per sphere . Payment & Booking • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date • Remaining balance must be paid prior to installation • Alternatively, full payment can be made at checkout To arrange a deposit invoice, please contact: info@pieceofcakeevents.com.au Bookings are not secured until payment or deposit has been received. Cancellations • 4+ weeks prior — refund minus deposit • 2 weeks or less — full hire amount forfeited • Other cancellations at discretion All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
